D:chili beans,raspberries,ff Greek yogurt with dry roasted almonds
S:salad greens with HB egg and EVOO,raspberries(if still hungry)

Breakfast Ham & Scram (1 egg, 1 oz. diced ham) English muffin w/1 tsp. ICBINB Coffee w/SF Coffee Mate
Lunch 1/2 luncheon meat sandwich (Corned beef, I think!) on whole wheat bread 1.5 oz. potato chips Diet Coke
Dinner Ground Beef Stroganoff over white rice FF milk

Breakfast lavash canola oil red pepper hummus cherry tomato and salad greens coffee water with lemon
Snack banana
Lunch Tuna salad on pita bread cup of veggie soup
Snack Weight Watcher smoothie with skim milk and canola oil a few raspberries
Supper chicken small baked potato carrots

B: Two egg muffins baked with deli ham, white cheese topped with sriracha ketchup, toast and coffee with SF creamer
L: TBD...since I just had my breakfast I may just have a snack later in the day.

Have leftover egg salad, shredded chicken breast and pulled pork to repurpose today.
S - Usual coffee (1 SP) B - Egg salad on a slice of light rye toast with pea shoots (6 SP) L - Salad: Baby romaine, 2 oz. chicken breast, 1 oz. goat cheese, 1/2 pear, shredded carrots, radishes, bell pepper, blood orange olive oil, dark chocolate balsamic (6 SP) D - Pulled pork and ff sharp quesadilla with sauteed onions and peppers (evoo) topped with jalapenos and ff sour cream, not sure if I will make guacamole or just have 2 oz. avocado (15 SP) E - Bar class S - Think I will enjoy a snifter of brandy tonight with the other half of the pear.
