Happy Turn-the-Page Monday!
Yes, I Can... --get out and enjoy another beautiful day. --eat clean healthy foods until satisfied. --Jazzercise tonight.
My reward for the week was a little over a half pound loss. It's the right direction anyway. Still looking at that 5 lb goal before summer. It may take me till then, but I can do it. Mom and I are getting out of the house today. A little shopping and perhaps some lunch.

Yay for good scale visit and getting out and about💫
Yes I did --not get enough sleep but will work on that tonight...melatonin here I come --Fitness class and Expresso bike --2 meals OP so far
Yes I CAN --get outside for a refreshing walk in the brisk, sunny ☀️ weather
