This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Sally - Yay! First day of spring! I almost forgot 🌱. We still have snow on the ground and colder temps than normal, but the latest storm is staying to the south of us. Enjoy the concert, I love weird Al!
My stir fry had chicken breast, broccoli, baby bella mushrooms, carrot, parsnip, onion, sweet red pepper, fennel root, and green beans, with a light teriyaki sauce seasoned with a little chipotle, chili, curry and some herbs. I made brown rice for my sweetie and cauliflower rice for myself.
Going for my walk now....back later.

Waving to my positive peeps whom I've ignored!! I'm really ready for this cough to go away. Not productive of much, just rather irritating and especially at night or out in cold. I would love to get outside to start walking again. Soon! No Sally, not snowed in, we've barely had a few inches this last week. So depressing! We're gloomy today and hoping for at least some rain in the next two days if we can't have snow. We need some moisture! Enjoy the concert! Carol, your stir fry sounds delicious! I am finally getting back into my stir fry veggies. This cold/flu kicked all the desire for green out the window. Been into cabbage, spinach and onion last few days. Still trying to get some energy and exercise back without flaring up a cough attack, but I did join goal day the last two days and reached my 10k. Progress! Yes I CAN: -Get my steps in today. -Log all my food, keep it whole and healthy! -Stay positive, avoid social media negative, take care of me! Waves waves waves! Nat

Happy Tuesday Evening.
This is the first time I've sat down all day! And it's 9 pm.
YES, I DID... --go to my WW meeting this morning. --exchange some patio umbrellas. Yes, it's time for summer stuff here. --stayed OP, and planned meals for the next two days. (meal planning was our WW topic at the meeting) --baled more water onto trees in anticipation of Thurs. night rainstorm. Bring on the rain!
Sally: My goal for the first of Spring is to also cut carbs and sugar. I am rereading Jorge Cruise's Belly Fat Cure for some meal ideas.
Nat: I thought for sure you would be in snow-heaven. How did it miss you? Hope that cough goes away soon. Garlicky Chicken soup with noodles is my favorite cure.
Carol: Your stir-fry sounds delish. Always say I am going to buy fennel for my salad and never do. Your meal sounds very points savvy. WTG. Janet: Don't work too hard!
I have 3 hours off tomorrow to hang out with my buddies. Yipee!!!
Jan
