Good morning.
I'm assuming you did funeral for one and graveside for the other, Virginia?
I'm sorry that flat didn't work out, Debbie. Hopefully the next one will be a better fit anyway.
Anything worth having is worth sacrificing for, Brenda. That's why it's hard.
Apparently, the snow is pushing south of us. So, I'm out running errands before the games start up.

Hi,
Thanks for starting us, Debbie. The weather has been dreary, rainy, windy and chilly all day. Tomorrow should be better. Sorry about the flat, in the US that would be considered housing discrimination and against the law. I hope you can find another flat soon.
Hi Brenda. Thanks, what timing on the funerals, eh? WW meeting was okay, we had a substitute leader. I had to leave before the meeting ended in order to make it to work on time. Weight loss is worth the effort, and there is no denying that effort is required. Lou provided a good answer to the why question.
Hi Lou. Well, it actually ended up that I paid respects at both visitations. The visitations were exactly the same time span (11 till service time) and the services both started at 1. I went with two friends. Our intentions were to go to one visitation, then the other and potentially stay for the second service. We supplied the desserts for the meal to be served to family & friends after the second service. The three of us took the desserts to the family area and paid our respects. We opted to depart before the service. It was all still rather emotionally draining, even with just going to the visitations.
I did a WATP with resistance band w/o before getting showered and presentable for the visitations. After the visitations, the three of us went our separate ways. I ran errands before heading home. DH and I visited the DGDs, DGranddog and their 'rents via FaceTime this afternoon. I'm looking forward to seeing them in 3+ weeks. DH and I will go to dinner in a bit. I'll do my long training tomorrow from home. It will be chilly and windy in the morning, but thankfully the rain is to be departing sometime overnight.
Waving hi to Vicki and Lori, hope you are doing well.
Take care, Ginia

Happy Sunday, Virginia- I am so sorry, two funerals in a day must have been emotionally draining. I hope during your long walk today you can reflect on the wonders and beauty of life. Brenda - weight loss is hard, that is why I value this board so much. Has your son quit trying to lose weight? He was such a good support for you. It sounds like a good time to some spring cleaning, take out everything in your house that isn't healthy, start a new class in anything, my favorite, join a gym you have silver sneakers and can go for free. No alcohol or sugar for long enough that you don't miss it. These are all very hard things to do but you have us to help. Louis - I am glad the snow didn't hit and you got out of the house. Enjoy the games.
We spent yesterday walking different neighborhoods in town. I was so upset about not getting the flat. I did two Blogilates workouts. I felt tired and much better by days end. We have an appointment Monday morning to tour a flat. I know we will find something, we might have to pay the entire year to get it. I am now down 5 pounds, eating healthy and walking everyday. Debbie
