I didn't exactly diet or track today, but I did create my menus for tomorrow and tracked that. I'll make sure I only eat what is in my menu tomorrow. I also need to finally weight myself tomorrow. I'll do so in the late morning.

Susi- I have been under the impression that MJ technically works from home, and, when needed, can shift work to the Mansion or the MouseHouse. But I could easily--and often--am wrong. I did not think about that point Susi-- large companies do have different models or versions of products sensitive to price points/ volume selling. Our Trane AC, for example, came in a model that was $100 less depending where it wa purchased. Why? One unit had insulation to dampen the noise, the other did not.
Will definitely try to remember that. Explains why I have not been as satisfied w/ my second Maytag DW.
Naomi-- soooo glad that you had so much fun w/ your sisters! Laughter is the best medicine. And you did great w/ your food choices!

Cyndee-- great job getting tomorrow sketched out! Good luck w/ your weigh in. Whatever it reads, it really is just a compass that can indicate the direction you want to go.

I have an Asko dishwasher. It is very quiet and the dishes dry well. It was recommended at a local kitchen and bath store.
Susi, I didn't use the Instant Pot because a piece I thought was missing was actually connected to the top of the pot . So I made the soup on the stove taking 1.5 hours instead of 15 minutes.
I got great tickets, did all the errands, had a nice lunch and facial. Going yo relax now with newspapers before I make rice and salads for dinner.
