Good morning
Debbie, thanks for the start.
Lori, good to see you. I know this spring has been crazy! Are you going to get a lot of snow?
Vicki, I know I was really mad at myself to be so close and not stay focused to finish.
I met my step goal yesterday with a nice walk on the tow path.
Waving to all. Any special plans for the weekend?

Happy Saturday, Louis - we are getting close to being settled. Would you consider leaving your current job? Brenda - it has been exciting. I love Pilates, you should get it a try. The Blogilates app is free and you can do it at home. Vicki - sorry the weather was so bad for AJ's break. Virginia - how many miles today.
We are still spending most of our time at the airb&b because it has internet. The internet service for our flat has been ordered but we do not have a installation date yet. It is nice having time to get the flat set up slowly. I went th body pump and body balance yesterday. My shoulders are sore so today has been walking. There is a stage set up in city center with various performers. I am going to try to decapodge my bike. My weight is holding under my new goal. We went to the Irish pub for Guinness yesterday. I haven't been eating sweets. Debbie

Hi,
Thanks for starting us, Debbie. I hope that the internet service can be set up at the new flat soon. It's no surprise that you are staying fit and active as usual. I did WATP today because tomorrow is better for my outdoor training.
Hi, Lori. It's good to see you. We got snow overnight, but it didn't amount to much. The front shifted, so we did not get the 2 - 4 or 3 - 5 inches that was predicted midweek. The winter storm watch got cancelled either late Thu or early Fri. It was still windy, dreary and cold here earlier. At least the sun is trying to peek out now. Some spring, eh?
Hi, Brenda. Hooray on making that step goal! Yoga was great. Our instructor teaches mostly Iyengar to our class. We have a restorative class the first Tuesday of the month. She always gives us options with poses if someone is having migraine or sinus/allergy issues, so that helps.
Hi, Vicki. I think you're right, skipping spring break for AJ would have been better than having the week off with yucky weather.
Hi, Lou. That client must have known in advance that she was going to owe $. She must have thought it was going to be much more. Nice that she was so pleasant to work with. So you are going to follow up with the recruiter and see if the opportunity is worthwhile, then?
Today was an indoor workout day. Wind chill was 18 when I got up. Tomorrow's weather will be better and it's the start of taper week, only 8 miles. My HM is a week from tomorrow in Birmingham. It looks like the weather is going to be really warm on race day, so hydration and not pushing too hard may be the name of the game. None of the crew I am traveling with is going to be ready for a warm race, we have had only cold training here. I am going to go run errands in a bit and may check in with DSIL to see if she or anyone in her family need anything...DB sent me a text message early yesterday, DSIL's dad is in hospice. He has definitely slowed down over the past couple of years and has really declined in the past 6 months. I stopped by to visit for just a bit after work. He was resting comfortably and surrounded by both of his daughters and two DGDs plus the DGDs each had a BFF there. DB hasn't said much, but I know he is taking this hard. DSIL's parents have been just wonderful to DB. Later, DH and I will go out to dinner.
I hope all are doing well.
Take care, Ginia

Hi, Happy Sunday! Virginia - That was a really cold day. Where is your next HM? Is most of the gang going. Louis - Is it a shopping weekend with Cecille? Waving hi to Brenda, Lori and Vicki
We have decided to move the rest of our things to our flat. Lucky for us the flat is only a 7 minute walk from the airb&b. We will come back to the airb&b to watch Netflix and use the internet tonight. Ted with set up my iPad and the laptops to use phone data. It is a beautiful day today , so nice after the cloudy rainy day yesterday. The plan is to take the bikes to the Turia and get used to riding them.Foldable bikes are very wigglely in the front. I hope everyone has a great day. Debbie

Good-morning
Debbie Do you have a date for Internet service installation yet? Do you plan on a tv for the flat? Would you believe that I never learned how to ride a bike?
I have noticed that I am sleeping longer and a little sounder since I stopped working. I wasn't expecting that. The new battery for my cell phone arrived yesterday. Let's see if it lasts for my entire morning walk. The original one started dying 2 or 3 hours into my walk. I had to turn off wifi to get it to last that long.

Hi,
Thanks for the Sunday start, Debbie. Next Sunday's HM is in Birmingham. All but one of the gang is going. Susan is having some back issues that are keeping her off her racing form for now. That's great that the flat is relatively close to your temporary home. I would need to practice on any bike a bit, in fact I need to get DH to check the condition of mine. I don't ride it much since most of my cardio is in the form of walking. I have a pretty good route around the house that I can ride to get acclimated.
Hi Vicki. I don't know how to swim. I learned to ride a bike when I was seven or so. I learned on my mom's old, adult sized, bike and then got my own about a year later. I hope the new battery for your phone does the trick. Nice on more sleep. I have been working on getting more sleep. Some weeks are better than others.
Today was 8 miles from home. The weather apps stated that there was a 1 mph wind here, which would be nearly still. They were inaccurate. It wasn't as windy as two weeks ago, but still windy enough. I got it done, though. I saw a bike rider out but no runners or walkers. We're going to FaceTime with the FL family later, and then I am going to leave to run a few errands. Laundry and chores are the order of the day until it is time to FaceTime.
Waving hi to Brenda, Lou and Lori...hope you are all having a nice Sunday.
Later, Ginia

Hi, Vicki - they have given us a appointment time yet. T he flat comes with a TV. Biking riding is fun, I bet AJ would have fun teaching you.
This weekend is another holiday to honor a different Saint. We had a nice bike ride then went walking around the city center. A stage was set up and we sat a watched the entertainment for a while. , after dinner walking home we saw a procession. Lots of priests this time. Tomorrow everything will be closed. Debbie
