Congratulations Mimi on being the biggest loser and getting back to free!!
I had a wonderful day with DH yesterday, we took a drive to NH, had lunch at the River House over looking the river, did a little shopping!!
Back to my ww mtg today.

Hi BL, Congratulations Mimi. Waves to everyone, I totally forgot to log my weight. I was focusing on taking Friday off. I was exhausted. Today I spent the day at my dd last volleyball tournament. narrowed the colleges down to 3 University of Miami,Elon in North Carolina and Rhodes College in Memphis.

Good Morning!!!
Quiet and somewhat lazy weekend. Added 3 miles WATP Friday. 2 miles Saturday and 1 mile Sunday stepping while watching TV. Not going to talk about eating as it was not good over the weekend. Had the munchies very badly.
Mimi: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser. Congrats getting back to not having to pay.
Nancy; Sounds like a nice weekend for you.
Claudette: Is the DD leaning to one versus the others?? Good look getting back to the program.

I had a great weekend. Time to reset and get back to losing weight. I joined an 8wk Biggest Loser Challenge that starts today. Hope to push myself to get back in the game.

Kelly, I had a bad eating weekend too. You are getting in the steps though so that's good.
Claudette, good luck with the college choices. I wish your dd all the best.
I went to my WW meeting yesterday and stayed the same. I was happy with that. On my scale this morning I was way up. I went to a birthday party for my friends Golden Retriever yesterday. She and her husband have no human children so Jackson is like a child to them. He is also Maddie's best friend. Anyway did not meet my step goal, but threw the ball with about 7 Golden Retrievers. Some of the dogs were from the same litter. It was so cute. Jackson just turned 12. He is a total sweetheart.
I have planned my day and tracked it already. I am going to do it today.

I had a good day with staying OP with eating. I added 4 miles yesterday 3 miles in am with WATP and 1 mile in the evening.
Nancy: Good luck with your Challenge.
Brenda: Hope you had a better day with eating yesterday. I would have been in Heaven with all the dogs.
Claudette: You can do the program. Rock the program like you do your steps.

Good morning Kelly, I was in Heaven with all the dogs. My friend has a pond and a couple dogs got in it. Then one of them tried to get on my lap--A big Goldie..lol Nancy, sorry you are struggling the past couple days. Good for you planning today! Waving to Mimi and Claudette I had an ok day yesterday. Had everything planned except a bowl of Cheerios with Almond Milk before bed Have a doctor appointment so need to run. Brenda

Great day yesterday. Stayed OP and 5 miles of WATP in the am. Have an educational dinner to attend tonight after work. They usually feed us quite well as it sponsored by a drug company.
Nancy: Sorry you are struggling with the munchies.
Brenda: Big dogs always think they are lap dogs. Cheerios and almond milk isn't too bad at least it was not chips or a big bowl of ice cream.

Good morning ladies. My life is too busy and I don't get to chat here much. Yesterday I walked 5 miles WATP and then went to make teddy bears for Boggy Creek camp for critically ill kids. My hubby is home all week because we are having an onyx covering to our shower installed. It will be so easy to clean. It is taking 4 days because the weather has not been co-operating. It rained 5 inches on Tuesday and has not been hot and sunny enough either. Hubby is painting the bedroom and bath blue. And I am getting the new drapes and bedding and towels ready. Today after the men finally leave I will finally be able to do some laundry. They have to walk through the laundry room with their supplies. I am making teddy bears and dolls. I have to make a lot of phone calls to find homes for my dolls. We make about 100 monthly. This week they are going to the sheriff dept for in the cars. We will take some to Ronald McDonald house in Orlando next month. Today I will start cleaning the house after the workmen leave. They made a lot of dust. Last night we had a neighborhood party with lots of food. 60 people came. It was a huge success. I planned it. I ate way too much chocolate and had trouble sleeping then. I was great to meet new neighbors. The last time we had one of these parties was 8 years ago. I guess I am rambling but was up early and had a little time. I must pre-plan todays food to get back on track now. I have not been taking time to do that this week and have been snacking way too much. Skinny vibes to all. Brenda, the doggie party sounds fun. I can picture a wet dog on your lap. LOL Kelly, I hope all is going well with the job hunt. Nancy, thanks for keeping us going with this constant struggle against the food that calls out to us. Claudette, you surely get a lot of steps. You are amazing.
