Good morning
Kelly, WTG with the great day yesterday. Hope you enjoy dinner tonight.
Nancy, WTG with a good day yesterday. All was well with the doctor--thanks.
Mimi, that is a lot of dolls/bears to make and such a wonderful thing to do. The house will look really nice when done. The party sounded awesome.
Waving to Claudette and all her steps ;-)
I had my follow up appointment yesterday after my colonoscopy. The test turned out good, but then I got the weight lecture. My doctor wants me to get more fiber in and lose weight. I go back in 3 months.
I'm doing better at meeting my step goal. I need to pick things up as far as cardio goes.

Good Morning!!!
I added 4 mile WATP yesterday am. Ate too much at the dinner but it was educational. More aimed at the Drs but the speaker was a physician at Hershey Medical Center and gave some ideas on how they better manage their IBD patients with Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis. Thinking of presenting it to the Practice Manager and our Director. Also going to approach the Practice Manager about working 2 days a week from the office close to my home. She is not the most approachable person but it is the type of Manager that does not put up with BS and gets the job done.
Mimi: You are so busy when are you coming for a visit?? We have got to get together and Brenda too since she is in Frederick.
Nancy: Glad you had a better day.
Brenda: Glad the colonoscopy turned out well. Yes, weight loss is important for all of us as the extra weight places us at risk for so many diseases and shortens our life expectancy. Small steps and small goals. You will get there. I have several coworkers that had the gastric bypass surgeries since the traditional methods did not work. My partner at work just had the full gastric bypass 4 weeks ago. I admire the process but she does have many complaints of not feeling well. I do not qualify for any intervention as I am not heavy enough but I could never be on liquids and pureed diets and survive. She did it to supposedly cure her Type 2 diabetes but her sugars are still all over the place. Hopefully once she loses all the weight that will change.
Claudette: You really rock those steps.
Waving to all and sending skinny vibes.

Good morning
Kelly, what an interesting night. Hope the working two days closer to home works out for you. I have known a few people that had the gastric bypass surgery. They both lost over 100 lbs. It was tough for them though.
Waving to all
I did much better eating yesterday. Got my f/v in also my steps and water. I will do the same today.

Hello, Hi Brenda, enjoy your date. Kelly, my gf had the surgery too she lost about 80pounds, she never changed her eating habits. She changed the portion size but not the bad foods that got her to her highest weight. I think when you have the surgery you should have to do some type of program to learn how to eat better!! I forgot to post yesterday as I was in a hurry to get to work early I had a good day, still struggling to get the waters in. It was a beautiful day for a walk. My GD spent the night and we had fun playing along with Brain Games!! Have a great day.

Nancy, was just getting ready to sign off and saw you posted. I see a very small gain, but still under 200!!! You are lucky to have a DGD to spend time with. I have no grandchildren and doubt I ever will. Oh well I can play with other peoples grandchildren. ;-)

Ladies , we can do this. We just have to buckle down and MEAN IT!! Brenda, I am glad you had good results from the colonoscopy. I need to get one soon. My father died with colon cancer.
