Sorry I was MIA over the weekend. I was napping. Both days. Nowhere close to my step goals and no regrets either.
Vicki - it seems like now would be a great time to learn riding a bike. Something you'll be able to do with the little ones and such.
If nothing else, you get your steps in to use free wifi, Debbie!
Birmingham, Virginia? Close enough for a meet-up with the Florida crew?
I don't know that I'd take the job, but I'd talk. There's a lot of "unfinished business" where I am that needs to be done, but I could certainly leverage for combat pay. If you'd have asked the same question Friday afternoon my answer would have been "Heck yeah, I would!"

Good morning
Lou, thanks for the start. I was MIA yesterday. I guess Friday was a bad day. They are lucky to have you.
Debbie, seems like lots of activity where you are at. WTG getting in all the steps, etc. I love bike riding.
Vicki, bike riding is easy. I bought a new bike a couple years ago and have only used it once. I need to get out this summer (if it ever comes).
Virginia, the HM season is starting!! How is your FL family?
Waving to Lori
I went to a doggie birthday party yesterday. My friend's dog turned 12. They do not have human children, so Jackson is their child. There were 7 Golden Retrievers and two mixed dogs. Several of the Golden Retrievers were from the same litter. Did not meet my step goal, but there was lots of slimy ball throwing. :-)
I have already planned my day in my app and will stick to it ;-)

Hi, Louis - thanks for the start. You sound like a retire person napping all weekend. DH showed me how to link my phone to my iPad,they include so much data it is a good solution. Brenda - you would love biking here, once you get to the Turia it is all park 9k each way. Lots of people walking, riding, soccer fields, Gullivers park that can be seen on google earth it is such a huge playground. No cross streets at all. Vicki - I meant , we do not have a appointment time for internet yet. I hope you are having a fun relaxing day. Virginia- is your run in Birmingham? I missed the post. Have you run there before? Lori - how are you?
It it another holiday with ladies in their pretty dresses again, more processions and most things are closed. I went to body pump this morning, then Ted and I walked around old town. We stopped at the airb&b and brought the final stuff to our flat. We will return the keys to the owner this eveni. I love our new flat! There is so much room with the little we brought to Spain. The whole place is white, lots of sunlight so my chore now is to add color. I'm Debbie, 62, married for 32 years, two grown children. I have been in Spain now for a month and we are close to being able to just enjoy life.

Hi,
Thanks for starting us, Lou. So you got plenty of rest over the weekend? That is a good thing. Sounds like you're in a position where you are likely to benefit from checking out that opportunity. Birmingham is 9ish hours from the FL crew. Definitely closer than home.
Hi, Brenda. I guess if I were strictly a pet parent I might have parties for fur babies. It's impressive that you can get nine dogs together and that they all get along. The FL family is well. DH and I FaceTimed with DDIL and the DGDs yesterday.
Hi, Debbie. Yes, this Sunday's HM is in downtown Birmingham. This is my first AL race. Hooray for being all moved into the flat. White is a clean slate so you can choose any color(s) you want. What is today's holiday?
We FaceTimed with DDIL and the DGDs yesterday. DGD#1 said "Grandpa" a couple of times. DGD#2 was mostly happy, playing and crawling around. After we finished that call, I left to visit DSIL's dad in hospice and then visited DS#2. DB sent me a text about 30 minutes before I got up, his DFIL passed away about 3:30 this morning. All 4 kids and two of his grandkids plus DB were with him at the time. I am sad that he has passed on but thankful that he was surrounded by so many who loved him. I am also thankful that I was able to say goodbye to someone who has been a part of the family for 30+ years. Today is work, P/T w/o after work. My errands should finally get completed after that.
Waving hi to Vicki and Lori, hope you are both doing well.
Later, Ginia
