Morning Mike and AWF,
I am just having a banana this morning. Olive Garden is catering our work Christmas luncheon today - the menu is a pasta bar with three different kinds of pasta, three sauces and three meat toppings, bread sticks and salad. Desserts will be provided by our small district office staff. I'm going to enjoy small servings of the meal and a couple of bites of the desserts that look the best to me...good times:)

B: Coffee with SF creamer. Today is my WI day and have an appointment right after. Will probably have an early lunch while I'm out.
L: Decided to have lunch at home and made a salad with romaine lettuce topped with 4 oz beef shanks and avocado.

Lunch: May skip if I'm not hungry after 10 am brunch
