Hi, Vicki - I am still working on the bike. I will post pictures when I am done. Ted thinks I am crazy. Louis - I can't wait to hear what your decision is. Virginia - happy HM! Lori - I hope you pop in.
Today started with learning how to remove a back bike tire, painting a fender, then Ted and I walked to the grocery store, with our bags because they don't give bags and did a load of laundry. We are going to catch public transportation a visit a suburb of Valencia called Torrent. It is nice to not stress over a flat. I will take my camera. Debbie

Good morning.
The answer is - he fell victim to a well-orchestrated fishing scam and lost the confidence of the Board. Scammers essentially took over the email server of a vendor and requested a change in their wire transfer info. Company policy was to call & verify changes - he emailed and the scammers confirmed their own change. My understanding is that it wasn't a small amount.
The lunch went well. I went with a fried egg sandwich because it was cheap and most everything else had ham on it. We'll see what happens. I'm interested, but torn. I don't like to leave things unfinished which is what I'd be doing if i left the current gig. And I have long-term concerns about this company in that it's in a field that doesn't have a great future without a strong pivot.

Good Afternoon! Debbie: I love the sound of your adventure...Does your new digs have a clothes dryer? That would be a concern for me.. Wow you are a trailblazer!!!!! Vicky: Are you settling in to a routine? I live for the day I can retire (I hope I live that long!) Brenda: Wow its hot where you are? We are having an ice storm tonight...I am so over it right now.. Chris has wanted to move to florida and I have always been against it...Sounding good to me right about now! Virginia: Almost time to see the littles? How is work? I know, what a stupid question... Lou: YIKES...That sounds like a novel.. I understand the torn feeling...I have been contacted by the nursing home 5 min from my house as they need a administrator..The money is the same...It sounds like the offer will come monday...! Will cbl.. Lori

Happy Sunday, Brenda - it sound like you went from winter into summer. Have the trees blossomed yet. I have always wanted to see them in D.C.? Vicki - it sounds like you are living here with the delayed start time for the meeting. Lori - no dryer, there are lines outside the bedroom on the back side of the building. I have already lost 2 clothes pins and one pair of panties. I just get up the nerve to ask for them. A job 5 minutes from home would be sweet. Louis - I feel bad for the guy but he didn't follow routine. I hate when bad people ruin the lives of good people. Any shopping this weekend?
We changed our plans for yesterday when Ted offered up the option of going to IKEA. We still had to figure out which train to take to the little town of Alfafar. The store was packed but we were able to getaway couple things we needed. My bike is back together and today we are going for a bike ride. I would to paint the handlebar and seat posts but would rather ride today. I have been having salad for dinner and my weight has gone down 1.2 pounds. So I am very happy. Debbie
