Happy Friday!! Doing well this week. Going to try and keep the eating in check over the weekend. Allow only 1 cheat meal and be good the rest of the weekend.
Brenda: Glad you pacemaker is doing well. So many people assume as you get older you do not exercise.

Still having a good week, another day with no chips (4). I bought a new water bottle it holds 22oz so I drank 3 at work, hope to be able to keep that up also got in a nice walk at lunch after the rain stopped.

Nothing new here. The sun is out and it is crisp. I actually really like the cooler weather. Thinking about going to the towpath for a trot later.

Well, the scale wasn't very nice to me today. I had a good week, waters, walking, eating, earning blue dots, NO chips!! Going to look at fences today and plan on getting in a walk.

Don't worry Nancy. It is temporary. It will come off. You had a good week. That is what counts. My weight is starting to come back off. 2 weeks til I have to weigh at the meeting. Bing at goal and not paying is hard for me because I get lax in between. I only have to weigh in once a month. Some life-timers weigh every week to stay on track. I will do that once I get back down below 152. Kelly, you have a good plan for the weekend. Brenda, great check-up. Keep up the good work. Claudette you are the champion walker. How do you get in all those steps??

Hi ladies, The move is over, hundreds of boxes and crates moved to the new building. ON Monday we have 3 days to unpack and return the crates. I have never seen such madness in my life. . Ladies keep up the good work...
