Sorry I'm so late. Was running late - went to my ww mtg and food shopping.
Nothing going on today - it's crappy out - snow shower's, sleet and rain all adding up to nothing.

Good Morning!!
Saturday we seemed to run all day doing errands and things around the house. Yesterday was more relaxing. Added 2 miles of exercise each day.
Nancy: Hope you had a nice WW meeting and trip to the grocery store.
Brenda: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser.
Mimi: Do you have plans all those days?? Let me know and maybe we can coordinate something. I think Brenda would like to meet you too.

Hello, Kelly, yes I had a great ww mtg. She reminded us of the simply filling plan. Mimi, a friend of mine in Sebastian said she had very bad storms passing through! Have fun making horses. After my ww meeting and food shopping I came home and made brunch, yummy. My Gd and Son were here for the day and we played some basketball, so that got me moving  Have a great day. |

I usually don't check in here on Sunday's because of my WW meeting, then the grocery store, etc. I actually lost .6 at my meeting. But today I am up 2 lbs. Ugh. Too much food yesterday. So back at it today. So silly to do that and then it takes me all week to get it back off.

Hello,
Brenda, we were playing horse! I also use Sunday as my free day, I have to stop that habit.
Work was crazy busy, rainy and cold all day, no walk. Eating and waters were good. I am attempting to give up potato chips for the week. Day 1 was a success.

Not sure if I ever shared this with you ladies, but I have a pacemaker (I think I have??). Yesterday was my 6 month check up. It is so amazing what they can read from this thing. He showed me how many years I had until it needed to be replaced (11 :-) Then he clicked on the activity and he goes oh my gosh you are active. How old are you? I don't know why he asked my age, but he was very excited for the activity and so was I. Long story short thanks to all the fitbit challenges I participate in I am doing good on that front. Thanks ladies!!
I had a good dinner last night. I always get the same thing. Grilled chicken sandwich and steam broccoli. So yummy.
