This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isnβt always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Happy Turn-the-Page Tuesday.
Weighed in this morning a pound over goal. Grrrr... I am having trouble too Nat. All I can say is the Summer has great options food-wise so bring it on.
Maybe better if I stress the things I am doing instead of those I am not.
YES, I AM... --still doing my Jazzercise. --putting down the 900-page books. They are a trigger for me to just sit and munch. Like TV for some folks. Mindless eating. --parking my mind in a positive space though the stuff around me is negative. --gathering my determination to DO THIS.
Sending good vibes to all.

Happy Tuesday afternoon positive peeps! Oh Carol on the blue dots...I hear you! For me avocado, coconut oil, nuts all eat up my points. I will make my new week starting tomorrow a focus on hitting more blue dots than not for the week! Jan, grr grr grr on your 1 lb over, frustrating! I've never had much problem eating while reading, mostly because any reading I do is late at night and I'm falling asleep while reading LOL. TV is another story. Maybe I should read more at night and less TV and I'll both get to sleep faster and not eat!! Yes I CAN: -Focus on no late night eating. -Getting those last steps in tonight. -Watch the carbs. -Make healthy whole foods choices. We can do this! Have a great evening, see you tomorrow! Nat
