This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Good Thursday morning positive peepers! Jan, well I can say those healthy high point ones aren't only my highs, especially when I get into a junk food craving. Yesterday, however, my high points were the nuts and avocado. Today I need to watch those nuts. It's amazing how much you can pack into an 8 hour window of eating LOL. Though I did earn a blue dot yesterday, so yay me! Another great NSV was that at 8pm when those guys had pizza delivered, I stayed clear of it. I cut off my eating at 7pm again and wasn't going to sway from that. I can accomplish great things when my mind is in the right place. Today I'm clear headed, fingers are flying on the keyboard (my brain and fingers are working together nicely...always a sign I'm in the right place). I'll eat in another hour or so my first meal. Surprisingly easy at the moment. I'm not sure how long I will do the morning thing, but cutting off night eating is a great habit to develop.
Yes I CAN: -Get my steps in (Did get in 25 min on the gazelle...almost halfway to my goal) -Track, go for another blue dot day, plan out my eating today. -Keep positive thoughts going.
Waves to all, have a great one! Nat
