This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isnβt always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Happy Friday positive peeps! Where you at? lol Okay I have 2 blue dots in a row. Today will not be a blue dot day, but I will make sure tomorrow is. I curbed my stomach urges last night after 7 with some hot tea, determined not to eat anything. Will try that again today. Stopping that early also ensures I don't have any reflux symptoms at bedtime!!
Yes I CAN: get my steps in, track my heart out, make better choices (a few poor ones today...hence no blue dot!), plan out tomorrow's meals.

Good Evening π₯π₯
Nat - didn't want to leave you lonesome on the thread again, LOL. Yay for sticking to YOUR plan two days in a row! That intermittent thing is intriguing. I would like to try it, if I can figure out a workable "window". All my "extra meals" are late night events...so a good reason to just say no to after hours eating, right?
Yes I DID --enjoy an excellent concert with a couple of friends....but they wanted a snack afterwards...so, I ate pie at 10:15 pm --Aerobics class this a.m., treadmill before dinner to make my Fitbit π --use moderation at 3 meals today, yay!
Be well! Carol

Hello CANNERS! I will go back and read the many days since I have posted- but I am back from an amazing 12 day western adventure (grand Canyon- Bryce-Zion) and experiencing some pretty substantial culture shock (rural- urban- this city gal is really struggling with finding urban beauty at the moment... ). I did not walk enough, exercise enough, ate plenty of cookies, chips and french fries- but the scale has not registered its shock yet- so I may be safe from an enormous gain.
Nat: I too am seeking blue dots! Carol: will it EVER be spring? glad you and your fitbit are happy! What kind of pie..vicarious pleasure! Hello to Janet and Jan... I'll be around this weekend and checking in with all of you- YES I CAN- see below 145 on that scale by 5/1...
