linda72 , I love Jiff Whips, but sadly can't control myself. Eating it out of a container (which really means eating the entire container) is just TOO easy. So I had to stop buying it.
I have a friend who loves Nutella and can't have it in his house. He has expressed disappointment that restaurants don't serve foods like that; if he could go to a restaurant and order a Nutella sandwich, he'd be happy and stay in control. I'm sure the same is true for many of us with a wide variety of foods.

This is the one food item that can't be kept in the house. Spoon + jar = binge In the absence of a spoon, fingers do a fine job!

zazzles Would these Jif to Go packs work for you? They are 1 1/2 oz. each so that could be a serving without having to put a finger or spoon in a jar. But, I understand that might be too much temptation to even have them in the house. I'm that way about M&Ms. They just can't come into my house. ever.

It depends greatly on the product and taste. Natural peanut butters hold no appeal to me—I guess they are too healthy, especially when they have no sweetness (sugar) and are swimming in oil that I have to stir back into them.
Now Skippy Reduced Fat is another story—it’s reduced fat but, of course, includes a good slug of sugar. THAT I can eat straight out of the jar.
I was reviewing recipes in Marlene Kock’s first Eat What You Love cookbook Sunday and spotted a peanut butter cookie that looked interesting; it contains no flour, so is reasonable in the carb department. I might have to pick up some peanut butter today and bake up a batch in honor of the day. i can't stomach natural PB. JIF is the only PB for me. shitload of sugar and all.

Well, I MIGHT earn 1 FitPoint opening all those little tubs in a matter of minutes.

It's gotta be natural PB for me! I think taste and texture are so much better than regular PB.

Reese's PBCups are one of the most perfect comfort foods. Chocolate AND PB *sigh* and *drool* they have been forever banned here. Thanks for posting this Becky! I don't have any either DebDoesWW.I was really tempted to buy some mini ones when I was at WM but you know what they say.Bet you can't eat just one. They would be so right.

Don't know how I missed this yesterday! I could eat peanut butter for dinner right out of the jar! Wish they made the Peter pan whips in crunchy version, I eat this to save the point. That being said,I think I'll have pb today for breakfast! 😁
