This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isnβt always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan

good morning!!!!! love light blessings love light blessings love light blessings love light blessings
Jan so sorry about Mom's depression, glad you are making time for YOU! We have to take care of US or else our family is the first to suffer.
I have some of the above going on. But today will be day three OP, no biz lunches planned (yes just like holidays, food, food, food, at least I do not drink and pretty much no one does in this conservative small town, talk about empty calories)
Last night, toughest workout of the week double header with the toughest instructor in the gym - nonstop weights. I slept better than I have in ages. Today, OP another double header (but should not be as hard as last night) Yesterday I also made time for a couple short walks, will do same today. Now, get dressed and law.

Happy Tuesday.
I bit the bullet so to speak and weighed in for the month at WW. Still, under goal but barely. On a happier note, I am doing really well this week. Back on track and it's a beautiful Spring day in SD. Life is Good.
Janet: From one loving daughter to another...I wish you a lighter load with your old folks. High Five for your 3rd day OP!
Carol: I have "Bikeride Envy"! You're on your way and I haven't gone to the bay once this year to ride. Is your tap dance class still going on?
YES, I AM... --trying to decide if I clean the house or take Mom out and have some fun and sunshine. Hmmm. --mowing the lawn this afternoon. --planning a healthy dinner of fish, sweet potatoes, fresh corn (for Mama) and a salad (no romaine). The romaine grown in AZ. was tainted so I am laying off of it till it's out of the stores. Can't believe they are still selling it except that there are probably supplies from CA. I will just eat Org. Iceberg for a week or so. Love a wedge salad.
Sending a taking control kind of day out for everyone. Give yourself some love and let's DO this.
Jan

Good evening positive peeps! I didn't check in yesterday, not sure why! Janet those business lunches I bet can be killers. I know our keeps encouraging "walking meetings". I'm not sure if anyone does that and if they can accomplish anything with them, but I'd go for that. Sure way to know if you are overexerting yourself if you can't walk and talk at the same time LOL. I'm kind of glad I work alone, I know it would be tough in the office (or pharmacy) again. Always food around. Yay Carol on your bike ride! Jan, I was in the process of finishing off the third romaine head in my pack of 3 when got word of this. I'm not sure if it was from AZ, but wasn't chopped and I didn't get sick. We tend to buy more spinach than anything here but I do like crisp romaine on occasion. Hope this clears fast. Sally, it's tough getting back to it after vacay. You can do it! Yes I CAN: Finish stepping it (about 2k more), stop eating at 7pm, track it all, watch my portions. Well 4 blue dots out of 7, I will take that for this week. One great thing is I tracked everything and I stopped eating at 7 every day. Baby steps! Nat
