This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan

Carol thanks for starting us out!! 14 miles fast, fast, fast, WTG! I understand about once we start eating something, in your case carbs, in mine sugar, it is like a runaway train. Easier, in my case, not to start than to stop.

Jan WTG WI (worried about mine tomorrow), hope fun/sunshine/Mom won out over housework.
Nat WTG blue dotting, stepping, early eating.
Me yesterday day three OP, pretty sure I am paying tomorrow three days does not make up for all those desserts at biz lunches. I am self employed but have to entertain clients/biz contacts. And then there was the trip home to check on family. Calories happened. But have had some awesome workouts also! Today: OP, spin, and reward self with pedi.

Happy Wednesday positive friends! Yay for day 3 Janet, and here's hoping it is enough to squeak you by. I'm down a whopping 0.2 today, and trying not to be bummed about that. I know if I keep it up this week, it will take me back into another decade. I hate being where I am right now. So going to persevere with good habits this week to help them stick and hopefully get this train moving in the right direction again. I've been thinking of pulling out some old journals when I used to do the paper ones and seeing what I did when things were going great. Maybe it will be enlightening! Yes I CAN: Keep focused on my goals, get my steps in, track it all, keep positive thoughts going! Waves, have a happy OP day! Nat

Happy Wednesday to all! I also have been thinking about that Romaine...but am a raw spinach eater so.... Two BANG classes this week- one more tomorrow I am still emotionally slogging through...but enjoying clients and trying to appreciate the spring, non-mountain environs around me. I have challenged myself to "no car eating"- which mostly means no candy or pretzels on my travels around and about- paying myself for each day. I'll use the moola to purchase another beloved raincoat since mine was left in a grand canyon hotel room and is hopefully being worn by a housekeeper who is appreciating it as much as I did... sigh.... Onward I go, waves to all!
