Congratulations Mimi!!
Ok ladies, new month - new journey!!
I had a great day with my dd and gd, the zoo was a zoo! So many people went to see the princesses. My gd had her pic taken with Moana her favorite movie. My best day with steps for the week. Today it's going to rain all day - I guess I'll take the time to reset myself.

Laid back weekend. Some meals a little higher in calories but not too bad. Just a little exercise.

Brenda: Sorry you are struggling. I struggle on the weekends. I just need to plan to stick to my eating plan I follow during the week.

Thanks ladies!! It was a pleasure to share the honor with Mimi!
I had a full house all weekend. Made stuffed peppers for dinner yesterday and have leftovers for a couple of days. Today I'm off spending they day with my GF celebrating her last chemo treatment she had last week. A little outlet shopping and a nice lunch.

I had a good day yesterday. I added 3 mile WATP last night since I was lazy yesterday morning.
Nancy: Hope you enjoyed your day off with your friend. I love stuffed peppers too.
Brenda: My last day is June 1st. Will be stressful the rest of the time trying to teach my coworker and supervisor everything they should have known how to do all along.

We had a great day. Not to many steps as I left my fitbit at home charging!! But we took a nice drive along the coast, checked out the lighthouse, had a great lunch on the river and then did a tiny bit of shopping.
Back on track today.

Good Morning!!
I added 3 miles of WATPs yesterday before work. Good day eating wise other than a sliver of Birthday cake at work.
Nancy; Your day sounds wonderful.
Brenda: Great job with the steps. Trying not to let the stress get to me. It just amazes me what they do not know. I guess because I consider my coworker a friend I have been more tolerant than I would have been if she was just a coworker. She is not computer savvy as she does not have internet at home. She has enough trouble operating her smartphone and she is only 50 a year older than me. My supervisor is young and lazy in the respect as he knows I was handling everything so why worry about it. Now he has to be taught do at the direction of the Practice Manager. My coworker is beside herself as she can not understand why they just did not give me what they want. I told her me leaving saves them thousands a year as I believe the plan is to hire a medical assistant instead of a nurse. Good money wise decision, but probably not the best choice for the patients.

Kelly sorry about the work stress. I find that good hard working people are no longer appreciated, it's all about the money. Sad for companies that don't see it.
After a good day I had a case of the munchies last night. Today working towards a better day. Walked at lunch and again after work. Another beautiful day today.

I had a good day yesterday. I added a 3-mile WATP. My coworker was told they do not plan on replacing me at all. Unless they have a plan to help or drastically change the responsibilities she is going to have a tough time.
