Hello, louis - it was a Rugby game, not Soccer. We can't even find two seats together online for soccer.
Today started with Body pump and body balance. CBL I'm Debbie, 62, retired and living in Valencia with DH of 32 years.

Good morning.
It's still a championship, Debbie. So, I figure it'd still be hard to walk up and get tickets. Maybe not Super Bowl hard, but hard.
Weather app is drunk today. Says high of 70 and low of 55 today, but also says it's 37 right now...
I'm Lou. Clinging for one more day to 44 before the odometer rolls over tomorrow.

Good morning
Debbie, thanks for the start. WTG with your workouts.
Lou, Happy Birthday!! My son turned 39 today. Thanks for finding a tracker. I sent you a messenger via fb. Let me know if you get it and I'll send you my address.
Virginia, you are really rocking the steps. Hope your visit with DS was good.
Waving to Vicki and Lori
The sun is out today and I will get my steps in.
Intro: Live in Maryland LT WW member since 1991 working my long way back to goal 1 DS, 1 DDoggie and 1 drabbit ;-)
I have a question for the group. We talked about liking ourselves in the WW meeting yesterday and I think last week too. Is it easy for you all to find things you like about yourself? I find it hard. I really do not like myself right now. I guess it's more the way I have let myself go.
We were asked to write 3 things we liked about our self. Here goes
1. 2. 3.

Hi, Louis - the best part was the price 10 euros each, our seats were in the end zone of the losing team.Out first Rugby match, it the was great fun. They did the wave around the stadium a few times. Happy last few hours of 44! Brenda - I remember having to do that right after I had first joined WW. I was very unhappy with myself and it was very hard. Here goes: 1. My hair is still nice and thick (time floating by) 2. I have a nice smile 3. (Clock still ticking, it will be dinner time soon) DH helped, I am still waking up every morning.
I did a load of clothes, well a tiny amount that fit in the tiny washer, took it up to the roof and someone else was using the line! So the clothes are on the lines out the window. I hope I don't lose anything. I am considering making a batch of cookies and taking some to my 1st floor neighbor. Debbie

Hello,
Thanks for starting us, Debbie. You are rocking the FP today, as usual. You know, I grew up hanging laundry outdoors but I also had the luxury of a clothesline or two in my own yard. I think that tiny loads of laundry could be good or bad. It would definitely be an adjustment.
Hi Lou. Happy birthday eve to you. LOL, after two HMs in a row, my knees might ache for themselves. I didn't want to miss my favorite Paducah HM on 5/12. The 5/19 is a local HM, so I decided to support the community by participating. Your jaunt to Elkhart sounds enjoyable, I am not very familiar with the northern part of IN. Nothing like a drunk weather app to start your work week, eh?
Hi Brenda, thank you for the compliment re: the weekend step total. The visit with DS was good, although not much quality time. He is a gamer and has his own channel, so he was in broadcast mode. Happy birthday to your DS! Now you need to write your three things, lol. I think that you have numerous good qualities.
Waving hi to Vicki and Lori, I hope that you are both having a good Monday.
I wrote a post this morning and I suppose that it went to the great bit bucket in the sky. Today is work. It is a pretty day here, so at midday I took about a 20 minute walk around the area to get outside and enjoy the day before coming back to eat lunch at my desk. No PT w/o today, he is still in isolation due to the viral eye infection. I might get a w/o with him on Thursday, schedules permitting. I am planning on a resistance band w/o at home this evening to get at least a bit of strength training in.
Three things I like about myself: 1) I am determined 2) I am persistent 3) I am supportive of others
