This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Good Morning, positive e-pals
Sally - Big hugs to you and Teri!! Of course I remember her!
Yes I DID: --bike 10 miles...love that sun! --get a good night's sleep! --use moderation at dinner on my own (DBF was at a business mtg)
Yes I CAN: --get outside later and get some steps... It could reach 80° today! --watch my portions, choose wisely --get enough sleep! It makes a huge difference!
30 Day Self-Love Challenge. Day 2: Name the one thing you are most proud of changing since joining Weight Watchers.
For me, that would be discovering (or maybe re-discovering?) my inner athlete! Before I joined WW, I was so out of shape, in fact, one of my "last straws" was that I couldn't even climb a couple flights of stairs without being totally out of breath and having to stop and rest. I started by walking 15 minutes a day and increased it. I walked almost every day...honestly, at first it was so that I could earn activity points...but after a few weeks, I found I really looked forward to being outside and increasing the distance. That's what got me started...then I joined the Y a few years later, and discovered the weight circuit, low-impact aerobics classes, etc. Then we started biking and then discovered all the local hiking trails. And dance classes!
Be well! Carol

Afternoon positive peeps! Oh Sally, say hello to Teri! I see her on FB and she lives in this darn state but haven't met up yet. I am also friends with her sister in my WW61 group. (and speaking of psychic stuff, she is one of those... fascinating) Thanks Carol for the challenge today. For me, starting back up with WW (seems like many moons ago) believe it or not started me on the path toward more whole foods, definitely in loving fruit and that is about when I also starting using more veggies in my meals (breakfast especially). Janet, hope you are not gone long!
Yes I CAN: - Focus on my goals. - Have the strength to stay clear of what is not helping me be who I want to be. - Smile! There's a couple of inches of snow out there, woohoo LOL
Have a great day peeps! Nat

Sally, I can get on this page on my mobile under my chrome. I have just left it as one of my open pages, so it has me logged in when I open, and I just need to click on home or any other tab to refresh it.
