Good Afternoon, positive 🐥🐥
Yes I DID: --hike 3.7 miles in a nearby park yesterday afternoon...warm but very windy...spring is here! --wake up early and get some chores done...had {extremely tiny}WW protein bar (2 pt) for breakfast --Silver Sneakers circuit at the Y (no a/c in the gym today=brutally muggy😅)
Yes I CAN: --keep up the momentum --track everything, even the little extras I usually "forget", even if it means no blue dot --get to bed early again
30-Day Self-Love Challenge; DAY 3: Name three things you will do today that are fun.
1) class at the Y (done) 2) out to lunch (done) 3) hike, if the rain holds off

Good afternoon peeps! My 3 things: 1) Hopping on the gazelle now and I'm in the middle of a marvel movie (in order according to DS) binge. Just told I messed up and forgot Iron Man 3 before Captain America Winter Soldier...oh my LOL! 2) Pick up a book later for a little mindless romance read LOL. 3) Catch the last NCIS (Abby's leaving boohoo) episode. I think I need figure out more exciting fun things (which will take me outside)! Back later, the gazelle awaits Nat
