This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.
30 Day Self-Love Challenge; DAY 4: Take four "mini breaks" today just to breathe deeply for two minutes and be in the moment. Focus on what your body feels like: Is it tired? Are there areas that are tense? Try to relax, if the answer is yes.

Checking in quick to get the challenge for today. Just did my first mini break. This really helps to relax the muscles and mind. Don't realize how tense you are until you close your eyes and breathe! Back later!

Hiya Nat and Carol and ATF Happy Friday- I just finished off stoopid chips and but do not want the rest of my day to be sabotaged. Reboot now! I had a lovely happy hour with our old pal Teri from Huntington Beach- now Seattle - yesterday while she is doing a DC week. I encouraged her to connect back up with us- As always it is wonderful to meet and greet in person (right jan?)!!! Yes I can.. finish some work stuff and then take a nap! Enjoy a concert this evening prep for a healthy and happy "work week"- beginning tomorrow. What about you? Sally
