Busy day for me trying to get my office job under control. Just need to spend about two weeks and then I will have much more time for the finer things in life! Like being a homemaker. Tried so hard that I am really tired tonight. One time I was complaining to a trainer I had a long time ago about being tired. I will never forget what he said which was--what is wrong with being tired. Just loved that answer after I thought about it.
I am going to jam through the rest of my P.M. chores.
Hope you had a great day!

DH and I went to Mariner game with friends last night, left late afternoon, so that was the afternoon.
AM: Tadas: -craft table and all supplies away -put counterful of hand wash away -washed new sinkful -loaded DW -watered pots -dressed, ready to take DD and her friend to a Cinco de Mayo thing in the city. Cross fingers goes smoothly, we find it, and parking. Plus DD and I not off to great start this morning, editing.
That's good thinking about being tired I guess...as long as it's not "too" tired...lol. I like being a homemaker too.
DS went to retake his SAT today, hopefully that goes well, the running start plans are in in place and he's ready for registration, working to keep his grades up and...drumroll....he got the job as a courtesy clerk at the grocery store! Yay!
Crafting: That pic is on a 9"x9" square piece of board with the one inch variegated tin border on the back. I used, pink, cream and a light brown combo this time.
I hope you're day is off to a great start! We have a nice day here today!

Z, The pic looks great! And congrats!!! on the DS employment.
Errand day for me today. Decided to go to town to get the tire situation under control and not defer to head in sand behavior. I got 60,000ers which will be installed on a Wednesday. Same day the dryer venting extravaganza is going to take place.
Drumroll XXX, My list got emailed to the landscaper and he is coming to do something tomorrow. I am seriously worried about "the guys" scheduling days the landscaper will be here and leaving me out of the notification loop but expecting me to be here. I am going to send this particular problem up into the stratosphere to hang out with the clouds I have enough on my plate at the moment.
Just maybe 10 more working days and then my life will be back to being wonderful! I can't wait to arm myself with my cleaning toothbrush and hit the deck. Actually I am going to call the lady who came out and did the floors and windows to help with all of this.
I can see a decluttering party in my future. That is when I have enough stuff to call 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Hooray!!!
Hope you are having a great night!

Good Morning,
Good luck with the landscaping schedule, hope it works out the way you want! Good plan with calling the lady for help.
Besides the running around I've been doing, dealing with "teen tudes" editing again, and what not, things are progressing. Yesterday I made two batches of Churros for DD and her friend, then DS and his. They were yummy but that deep fat frying is a pain, a little scary and makes the house smelly. So I don't do it very often, which is probably good from a dietary stand point..lol.
Grocery Store Game: Editing, many coupons used for free groceries, products, and additional discounts on order, dollars off, from Shutterfly from the grocery game tickets, am current with checking them, cB'd exess.
TaDas: -cleaned the kitchen -small sinkfull of handwash items done -laundry rebooted x3 for DS, he brought down and got going, but had to leave so I've progressed with -checked rest of tickets -addressed situation of my being advised where/where not to put/move things to/from. Did not let this pass, was tempted, but there's so much right right now, this is my house, but I communicated without acutally saying that, yay me...emotional elegance!!!
CRAFTING: I attended an arts and craft fair yesterday, was interesting to see the offerings and I thought some of my art, if printed, comparable in style, interest, etc., better in some cases if that doesn't sound arrogant. I asked questions printing was done, what type of paper was it on, etc. as things were "affordable", while I purchased things. I have researched a few things on-line previously, combined with what I saw, what can make the printing expensive is the quality of the paper used. Lots of their stuff was just on cardstock ..as a print, with a matte, like 8x10, that would cost about $2.00 for sheet of card stock, and maybe the same for a matte of that size they were selling for $10.00/$15.00 ea. I think I was getting hung up on the use of expensive, art quality, giclee' type unnecessarily as I'm no Van GOgh , the key would be to not print too many. ToDos: -clean room -continue with laundry -put laundry away -what's for dinner -water pots

Z, Interesting information garnered from the craft fair.
The landscaper did show up and got several things done one of which was the lawn aeration. Of course the puppies just love that gooey mess, drug some in the house and decorated several areas with mud etc. as I knew they would if it that was left all over the grass. Had to be extremely emotional elegant when discussing the situation with DH as he told me that I could rake it up if it bothered me. Now after viewing the mess they made DH has decided that the mess the landscaper made definitely needs to be cleaned up. Those mud plugs are every where. Ugg....
Nice day again for me in town. Samson BravePaw was taken to his class, walked, taken to puppy play day and enrolled in the same class again that will start in a few weeks. All we can work on at this point is just getting him comfortable in his social setting. I gave him the middle name of BravePaw to help him psychologically. The trainer thinks he is doing fine as he is improving every week--slow and steady progress toward a confident courageous collie. Some days.....
Also went to work and got a small job done and ran errands. I am looking forward to tomorrow.
Hope you are having a great night!!!
