Thanks for the market intelligence, Virginia. My nephew is into fishing and music (he fixes up guitars), so I usually give gift cards to Walmart.
The Blue Emu gives quick relief, but you're supposed to use it 2 or 3 times a day and I can only remember on random occasions - thus medicating when I've already dressed myself and drinking my coffee.
Two meetings with the CEO today to catch him up on things overall and drop the fiscal hammer on one of the presidents under my umbrella. I think I've had two meetings in total w/ the CEO since I started.

Good morning
Lou, thanks for the start. Good luck today with the meetings. I've never heard of Blue Emu.
Debbie, the hike sounds great. And a person from Maryland!!
Virginia, what a nice aunt/uncle you both are for the great gifts. You did awesome with the steps yesterday.
Waving to Vicki and Lori
The WW meeting was awesome. The Leader asked if we made our list on what we liked about ourselves. I was the only one to raise my hand and shared what we did. I got a Bravo. ;-) Our challenge this week is to do it again, but look in the mirror (which I forgot I was suppose to do last week). Looking in the mirror is a hard one--yikes.
I did not meet my step goal yesterday due to the weather messing with my head. The sun is out today so it will happen.

Hi, Louis - thanks for the start. Your CEO sounds like a smart guy that understands you do the job well. Brenda - sorry the weather messed with your health yesterday. Yay on a good meeting. Look in the mirror, I think I will hold off till tomorrow. I took a shower and washed my hike late after hiking and it is a crazy hair day.
My legs are sore form the hike, no pain, they are just letting me know I need to hike more. I had such a headache this morning that. I had to take medicine and stay in bed late. So no gym time but we did walk enough for me to get in all required steps.
I'm Debbie, 63(ouch), I have been retired for one year, sold the house, cars and moved to Valencia, Spain. I am within goal.

Happy Monday, Thanks for starting us, Lou. Walmart was where DNephew and I went. The location we shopped definitely had a good inventory of fishing supplies. Maybe you can think of a place to keep the BlueEmu so that it will catch your eye before you get dressed and before you go to bed...that covers two times a day. Look at you, getting time with the CEO today, instead of LB and RB! Hi Brenda, and thanks. The eight miles that I struggled with definitely helped yesterday's step total. Nice re: the WW meeting. I plan to get to my meeting this week before traveling for Saturday's HM. Thanks to you, I have a list ready in case the leader asks. I hope that the weather cooperates today so that you can get your activity in. Hi Debbie, oops...bad hair day? Thankfully those pass. Ah, so the soreness from the hike is a "good" kind of thing that lets you know you exerted yourself. OMG, yes...the experience of having to increment your age another year. Sometimes that's hard to remember. Waving hi to Vicki and Lori. Happy Monday to you both! Today is work. PT is released from isolation so I will have a w/o with him today. I plan to take a walk during lunch break. I need to mail something so I am going to walk to the nearby post office location.
