This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. Good Morning, positive 🐣🐣!
Sally - yes, I'm in the Rochester area, about 90 miles E of Niagara Falls, about a 2 hour drive... maybe we can connect somewhere in your journeys!
Yes I DID: --16 mile bike ride Saturday in sunny but very breezy weather --embrace moderation yesterday, despite 2 meals out and a movie date w/friends (Avengers: Infinity War).....said "no" to 'cakes at breakfast, but said "yes" to a very disappointing & overly salty appetizer ...NOT worth it --get enough sleep
Yes I CAN: --get my steps --tackle my To Dos with cheerful enthusiasm --get enough sleep again, makes such a difference!
Going to the full length mirror now...

Late Monday check in! Well I will be looking in the mirror now for that positive talk. I had a very good focused eating day, started another group vegan cleanse so lots of prepping and yummy food! About Day 3 is when the energy and clear headedness kicks in, but for now I'm tired and going to blow off some work tonight and crawl in bed. That's taking care of me right? Yay to saying no to cakes Carol. Yes I DID: Get my steps in (12.5k), fed my body the healthy stuff, tracked it, drank my water. Waving waving, see you tomorrow. Will check in earlier! Nat
