Good Afternoon,
Agreed, the landscapers should have raked up those plugs. That would just look terrible and be messy! I love your doggies name, hope he does well in his class. Good luck with the rest of the list!
TaDas: -DW loaded/ran -rebooted laundry x2 -Made the bed, picked up the MB -Yay, kitchen was already clean this AM, for cleaner, just needed to put away counterful of handwash items -was ready for the cleaner AND my Mom, who is visiting for two nights. -Emptied a banker sized box of card supplies from the craft fair, organized them, rubber banded, neatly stored in a smaller more appropriated sized box. -Recycled excess cards,s mess ups, papers, from that box -threw away a handful of weird garbage type items -CB'd a bunch of old socks that dont' fit DS to the trash -emptied all house trashes -cleaned the Shark Vacuum filter -took my mom shopping, two places today -bought Stouffers Chicken Enchiladas to bake for dinner, easy, good. -changed lightbulb in bathroom and two outstide lights on front of garage -CB'd three small Christmas towels to donate bag -me and MOm took apart and cleaned the screens and blades of two white plastic fans, they look so much better!!! -took down the shower curtain in guest bath the I'd just laundred that, EDITING!!!, thankfully I had purchased a second curtain in matching color scheme at the time, and boy was I glad to be able to not only find, but be able to grab it and hang it, and take the other one down. I will address that situation later.
House is in good shaper for me to enjoy visit with mom!
The master bedroom has been most heinous for over a week now, it is nice, still some laundry to put away. The Den is in much better place, has a twin fold out bed my mom will use.
CB Victory...I did not do a stash and dash of anything for this visit, in the den or otherwise, which hasn't happened in years!!! Not saying there's still not stuff to address, but not so much I had to box/bag and shove anything in a closet! WOoHoo!!!!
Hope your day is going well!
Z.

Z, A whopping CONGRATS!!! on the CB Victory and all that you accomplished today!
Update on the yard situation. I lost it finally as the puppies were having a field day with that stuff so DH and I worked to clean it up. Got rid of the mud in front of the slider and fenced off two areas that the landscaper had made attractive for puppy digging. Seriously, I need to possibly fire someone (the general contractor DH) and hire another one (me).
Lots done today on the cleaning and organizing front. 13, 425 steps. Hooray!
Hope you have fun with your DM visiting!!!
