Yes I DID --Zumba yesterday morning, a nice hike in a local park late afternoon --enjoy chorus...our director is a very uplifting person, makes us all feel good about our efforts --make a healthy dinner
Yes I CAN --stay focused!
for the challenge: my two worthy foods today are poached eggs and my beloved veggie bean burgers, the latter are not zero point but they are satisfying and I love them anyway, LOL

Good afternoon/evening peeps! Thinking of you ((Jan)) Oops I started this early and got side tracked. Anyway, challenge for today: my two worthy foods were black bean tacos (in lettuce wrap) and vegan hash cakes (chickpeas, quinoa, etc). I'm sticking to my cleanse foods so this was an easy challenge day. Day 3 of the cleanse and this is when my energy kicks up a notch. Been the energizer bunny today with laundry, gazelling, working, cooking. Feeling good and WI is down 2.4 lb. I have 12k steps in so don't have to overdo myself tonight after work, yay!
