Where is Janet traveling to? Thinking of you Jan as you navigate the loss of your mom. I know you are surrounded by those who loved her- and love you! Nat: your cleanse sounds like it gives you energy!When I have a compex carbs few days... I also find myself reinvigorated.
Carol: I love the daily challenge and thanks for spearheading. It is making me think!I am challenging myself to a no candy/pretzel three week challenge.I am thinking it will bring me REALLY close to my original achievement of lifetime 30 years ago (!) and coincides with birthday number 64 at the end of the month. whew. Being at that healthy number would be a great self care birthday gift.
Yes I can today: nourish myself with healthy foods and downtime enjoy time with a wonderful friend celebrate my good fortune and my journey.

Good afternoon positive peeps! I'm still buzzing around here LOL, 8700 steps by 11:30. That makes getting in my 10k by nighttime fairly simple. Carol, I took my usual selfie this morning with my smoothie. My smile is always the thing commented on, it's my best part feature besides the laugh LOL Not sure that I will post to Connect, as I have not posted anything there for the public to see and don't really go on that. I did post to my cleanse group though. Go Sally on that challenge, you can do it. How awesome to be that close to your original. I'd have to get to 130 to be at mine from about 24 years ago haha! I'll be happy to see 150. Not sure where Janet had to travel to. Hopefully she'll be back soon.
