I've recently been diagnosed with Pelvic Floor dysfunction. I won't get into details of my symptoms.
I was sent to PT for a little. But it was too much time and money.
So I got a wonderful book and now I'm doing stretches at home
I had no clue that the Pelvic floor was all your muscles from front to back and hip to hip.
Anyone else have this or do exercises for it?
Any suggestions?
