This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ optional ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 30 Day Self-Love Challenge:
DAY 14: Challenge yourself to try new things. Write them down and add at least three of them to your schedule.
Good afternoon positive ones! Oh try new things...man they are forcing me to think hard LOL. Sometimes you just get in a rut and it's hard to think about the possibilities out there. Sweet of your DS1 Sally. Glad you had a good day! I navigated the food here on Mother's Day. I suggested they get something to put in the smoker for them and I'd fix a few vegan side dishes. We roasted several veggies and I made some really good cauliflower rice with asparagus, onion, pecans and parsley in it. No one missed the carbs. The only thing I veered from the cleanse was that they picked me up special some honey chipotle salmon to put in the smoker. I'm the only one who eats salmon, but DS actually shared some too, along with their pork ribs. DH of course brought a Reese's out of hiding for me (since he was having one) and I kindly said no thank you. It's on top of the fridge, not calling my name, but I will have him move it out of sight again. I'm feeling in control and love it. DS and I had to be down the mountain early and I drank my green smoothie on the way down and had nuts, snap peas and cherry tomatoes for snacks. Survived while he had Starbucks and some goodies from Trader Joe's.
Yes I CAN: -Think about new things I'd like to try. -Step step step, 4K to go. Prep some cleanse food for tomorrow. Get to bed early, I'm exhausted...not sure why I haven't slept well the last several nights.
Waving to all. Happy Monday! Nat
