WELCOME! We are followers of FLYLADY principles for decluttering our homes, as well as WEIGHT WATCHER guidelines for healthy lifestyle choices. We are working on consistent, daily steps to achieve our goals.
HEALTHY CHOICES
8 glasses of water 2 fruits 2 milk 3 veg lean protein healthy carbohydrates: choose whole grains, limit sugar & alcohol vitamins journal
HABIT OF THE MONTH: MOVING
This week we are in ZONE 3: Bathroom & one extra room
FLYLADY'S DAILY MISSIONS:
Monday: Clear off the counter tops and flat surfaces
Tuesday: Bath: shine our tubs or showers! Other rm: Set your timer for 15 minutes & declutter
Wednesday: Check supplies & add to shopping list. Other rm: Set your timer for 15 minutes & declutter
Thursday: For the bathroom, take 10 minutes to toss old cosmetics and perfumes. Other rm: 15 min decluttering
Friday: scrub those sink and tub faucets with an old toothbrush; other rm: 15 min decluttering

My Monday list: 1 pick up DBF at car shop ✅ 2 breakfast out ✅ 3 decluttering 4 bike ride - 25 miles 🚴♀️✅ 5 water plants ✅ 6 garden 7 evening routine and tracking ✅

Tuesday list: Buy cake for DS birthday Decorate for birthday Buy card and get money for gift Take checks to bank Make dinner (didn't do my weekend meals) Evening routine (pack breakfast and lunch, set coffee, lay out clothes)

Good morning
This has been a busy week but I haven't gotten much done at home. I am hoping I can get some decluttering done this weekend and will start the weekend edition tomorrow.
Friday List: Call about Cobra Fill out form for Ins. Go to grocery store Plan something to do on the weekend with DH Do dishes (if DS hasn't done them) Do 15 mins on the kitchen or dining room table (lots of papers)
