Ingredients
6 oz avocado
1 cup Siggi's Plain Icelandic style skyr strained non-fat yogurt (or your favorite non-fat plain greek yogurt) 1 medium jalapeño pepper(s), to taste
1 fresh lime(s) (juice and zest) 6 Tbsp cilantro, to taste(1 bunch, leaf only)
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1oz water, as needed to thin
1 tsp ground cumin, to taste
2 medium clove(s)garlic clove(s) Salt and pepper to taste
Puree everything in a blender until smooth, adding water if needed to thin it out. Refrigerate at least an hour for the flavors to develop.
