This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

DAY 17: You’re a little more than half-done. Reflect on your accomplishments—both big and small—since you started this challenge.

(((Jan))) thinking of you! Evening positive peeps! Reflecting on the month so far, I've been very good to myself. My steps are up, my eating is wonderful, and I'm taking care of me (a nap today after early drive down the mountain instead of getting some steps in). Still need to come up with some new things to try though. I've got a block where that is concerned. I've navigated two down the hill days this week taking with me my breakfast smoothie and snacks so I wouldn't be tempted to run through fast food. Success! Yes I CAN: Reach or at least get close to my step goal. Challenging day today! Enjoy my cleanse foods Keep the negative thinking out, think happy thoughts Hi Sally! Hope you are navigating the doldrums well today! Waving to all. We miss you Jan and Janet! Kitty are you out there? Nat
