Good morning everyone, sorry to be missing over the weekend. Every time I logged into this site I got bombarded with messages from Malware Bytes that it was blocking a malicious page.
Anetta, I adore your little friendly wren! I am so glad he or she survived the window collision. I love how the bird is so drawn to your energy that he wants to keep on visiting. ♥
Nice to see you visit, Michelle! How nice that your husband is joining you for Ashtanga. My husband just won't do yoga with me, even though I know it would help him. Sigh, he is so stubborn. At least he goes to the gym with me. Thank you for the beautiful poem - I love it.

Daily Affirmation - I will clear my desk today before starting on new projects.
Fitness Report - Saturday was a rest day and some Kundalini; yesterday was an indoor walking workout and Pilates-based physical therapy.
Health Goal - eat clean today and make soup for dinner from the stock I put up over the weekend. Got some wonderful locally grown root veggies at the organic co-op yesterday.
Gratitude - our local farmers who keep us supplied year-round.

Good morning, Pat! Thank you for posting the link to our new location. I was able to get here but can't log in for some reason. I'll try again later. I hope everyone else finds their way here too! Glad that the malware problem is behind you today. It's nice that you and your DH share time at the gym together. I'd love to get my fella on board with walking, but so far, no luck with that. Maybe that will change after he sees his new doctor. I'm with you on eating clean today. What kind of soup do you plan to make? Yes, I definitely feel an energy connection with the wrens and am open to receiving whatever message they are carrying. The location of their visits makes me think it must relate somehow to the creative process. More will be revealed, right? Daily Affirmation - I effortlessly navigate the hills and valleys of this day! Fitness Report - 10K+ steps during AM walk, more to come with dog walk and bookstore browsing. Health Goal - More veggies, fewer carbs, plenty of water. Gratitude - One of my hand sewn items purchased by a friend was just the right birthday gift for her daughter. I'm am grateful to have been able to meet someone's need. Wishing you a marvelous Monday!

Good Afternoon: Pat, thanks for starting us up and moving us to this new site.
Its a cold, damp day here, and we got a few inches of snow overnight. Not loving it. 9 more days and the length of daylight will start increasing.

Yay, I'm glad you all found us! And Anetta's Wren is along for the move. Since my soup stock was beef based, I'm planning a root vegetable take on minestrone, with great northern beans and potatoes instead of pasta. Lots of nourishing parsley.
