Sad about Mary Tyler Moore. She left us with a prolific body of work, though.
I'm getting a hunch that I can reduce cravings by adding more good carbs. This new SP plan has me being carb phobic, but I just finished a salad with chickpeas in it, and a side of gluten free baguette. It feels like I'll be done until dinner!
Daily Affirmation - I deserved that "night off" last night, enjoying friends at book club.
Fitness Report - not much, just some stealth fitness and dumbbells in my office.
Health Goal - word hard at M.O.G. tonight.
Gratitude - book of poetry one of my book club buddies gave me last night.

Daily Affirmation - I can do anything for 15 minutes
Fitness report - 45 min. Fitness class at the Y; Fitness Goal - at least 7000 steps today
Health Goal - moderation, water, sleep
Gratitude - lots of choices
