This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. DAY 19: Journal something positive to look back on those "off" days we have.
DAY 20: Positive self-talk is a very important part of this journey. Speak to yourself as you would a loved one. You would not reprimand the person for gaining weight one week or not tracking the weekend. Concentrate on complimenting yourself today.

Good Evening, positive 🐥🐥!
Just a quick check-in.....busy weekend....I will work on the journaling tomorrow. I'll give myself some strokes for having worked on my little garden office nook yesterday and for going on a longer hike than planned today. The weather was so nice today, I just kept going. Then the sun set and I was really tired, no energy left in me for cooking a meal, LOL. So we went out for a diner dinner.
