This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Good Morning!! love light blessings love light blessings
Jan sending an extra dose of love light and blessings, strength and courage to you. I surround you with prayer in this journey.
Carol, I hope you had a nice hike, bike ride and loads of healthy eats.
I hope today is day four OP, WI Thursday, bit nervous but need to face the music. Although the weight I gained visiting my parents seems a small price to pay. It will come off if I continue doing what I am doing. Especially now that it is yard season! Double header last night, another one tonight, big brief and need to vote. (which politics always at least raise my blood pressure)

Good morning positive peeps! A tiny bit of MIA here, starting off with a busy weekend and then just didn't get back here! Shame on me! Means I'm also a little behind on the challenge, so journaling today something positive to look back on. Also I'm pretty good at the self-talk so will make sure to include that today. Welcome back Janet and Jan. I'm glad mom sent you that sign Jan!
Cleanse is going well, except for the slight detour over the weekend. We had mom's 84th birthday and royal wedding tea party on Saturday. Outstanding array of foods we all brought. I did pretty well but did take two tiny desserts (macaroon and raspberry cream cheese tart). Hard to pass on some of the amazing foods. We had a great family day, so not a bit guilty at the indulgence.
Yes I CAN: Reach my step goal (6400k in so far) Stick to my cleanse foods and enjoy Give myself some positive self talk Don't let work drown me
Waves to all! Nat

Hello on Tuesday.
I guess the Jazzercise last night started me on my healthy habits again. All my friends have been so helpful and supportive. Thank you, Sally, for the daily text when I needed it. And for all the love and prayers from you all.
I wanted to share something with you. One thing you have to know first is my Mother loved blue. She had a blue car, blue wardrobe, bedspread, purse...well everything blue. A few days after she passed I was out watering the flowers under my bedroom window and out popped a lizard. Not unusual except this lizard was one like I have never seen. It had a bright blue tail. I ran in to the computer to see what this creature was and it turns out there is a lizard called a skink that has a bright blue tail. It is very rare to see one in So. Cal apparently and they do not come out in daylight. I have not seen it since, but I know she sent it to me to let me know she is OK.
Off to make a healthy dinner!
Jan
