This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isnβt always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.
~~~~~~~~~~~~ Optional ~~~~~~~~~~~~ 30 Day Self Love Challenge
DAY 23: Revisit (and do) an activity that you loved as a child, whether it is finger painting, playing a sport or a video game, Rollerblading, or twirling.
Good afternoon positive peeps! Jan, love that blue-tailed lizard story! Waves to your mom Sally, we had a blast at the party, as usual. Well if I would have just had that little tea party blip and been right back on the wagon, it would have been okay. I actually felt very comfortable with the foods I chose at the party. It was adding a chocolate binge that night that was not fun. The stomach issues after that and also it brought down my guard with some other foods (nothing in the garage vending supplies though thankfully)!! But each little veer off the cleanse foods I do notice what foods are more acidic. My mouth has a mild burning with it. I do feel much better while eating the vegan dishes that's for sure. I'm working at avoiding the temptations of the house right now with my guard being down a little. I want back in control Waves Carol and Janet too. Yes I CAN: Step step gazelle gazelle. I hit over 16k yesterday. I better get a move on today, not to 4k yet. Keep to my cleanse meals. Grab healthy snacks. Think about today's challenge...what did I like as a child? click clacks, yo yos, marbles, chutes and ladders LOL Must get moving before next job. Have a great one! Nat
Happy Wednesday.
Had a great day shopping with my Niece. Keeping up with a 19-year-old woman with a shopping list is challenging! Love hanging out with young people. You get such a different perspective.
Day Two: --eat clean and light. check. --get in some shopping steps all over the mall. Yup! --Jazzercise tonight in the park. (resurfacing driveway at the club). On my way!
Janet: Hope your parents are Ok. Nat: Sounds like you're loving that Gazelle. Love tea...bulletproof is still my favorite. Sally: Enjoy the peace and quiet of alone time. Good luck on the blue dots. Kitty: I haven't met you yet. Carol: Is it sunny Spring yet? Our weather is May grey. Cloudy and overcast. Yuck, so dreary. It will be cold tonight at the park.
Missed most of the 30-day challenge but bike riding was a favorite activity as a kid. I'm going this weekend. Also loved Art class. What did you all like to do as kids?
