hard to refocus? how about impossible!!!! I have cancelled most my weekend plans to do nothing but yard and work. WI today.
sending individual love to all and the color blue is very special. it always was, and now even more so.
I have been OP once I hit the city limits here. I am very grateful I extended my trip to spend more time with my parents. It is important and it was special. But now to undo the damage done to my biz and my waist.

Jan - jazzercise in the park, sounds like fun! And yes, our weather has been warm, finally! Today it was 77°, nice day to be working outside.
Janet - sending focusing vibes to you...and energizing myself as well!
Yes I DID: --Silver Sneakers circuit --skip breakfast (which would have been 11:30 at the earliest opportunity) and go directly to lunch after workout --get my Student ID photo taken at the community college. I'm officially a student again, LOL. --the challenge activity for today! I gardened at Old House: weeded & planted some Impatiens in the front yard and put a new yellow Hibiscus plant in the indoor planter. --get my 10,000 steps
Yes I CAN: --embrace positivity --get to bed earlier and get MORE SLEEP
