Hi, Vicki - that sounds terrible. We have a empty room that is calling out to you.
I hope everyone had a great weeken. Happy Memorial Day! It was a couple weeks ago here. I went to the gym today and survived body pump and body balance. I cut my weights in half to finish the class. DH and I are still contested but each day is a little better. I need to start going to the museums here and wonder more gardens. It is such a beautiful city. I am going to plan another train ride to a city for maybe next week. I am Debbie, 63, retired and living in Valencia Spain. My weight is good, we have no car and walk everywhere. It helps that the people do not seem to eat more than two bites of food at a time.

Happy Monday,
Thanks for starting us, Debbie. Goodness, a really stubborn bug got you and DH. The congestion is really hanging on. I'm glad that you felt good enough to attempt the gym. The pictures that you posted of your most recent excursion are gorgeous. I hope that DS, DD and DSIL are all doing well.
Hi Vicki. Some way to spend your morning, eh? I hope the rest of the day belongs to you. How many more visits for treatment are planned?
I braved the heat and humidity this morning for 5 miles. It was really muggy, probably no better than yesterday except that I actually had the mojo today to get out there and get it done. I have been leisurely doing things around the house since I got back from my walk. I'll get things ready for the (short) work week as I'm puttering around.
I am grateful for all those who have given all so that we may live in freedom. Even during these politically contentious times, we here in the US have it so much better than many nations.
Waving hi to Brenda, Lou and Lori.
Intro: I'm Ginia (Virginia) 58 from SW IN, wife to one DH, mom to two adult DS + one DDIL, Gin Gin to two DGDs and one DGranddog. IT professional. LT since 7/2002.
Take care,
Ginia

Hi, Vicki - did you get some fun in after the.shot? Virginia - WTG on getting in 5 miles.
Thanks for asking, DS, DD and DSIL are all well. It was very warm in Denver last Ssturday. They have not set a date to visit yet. I am hoping they will soon. This cold is really getting old but at least I can get out as long as I have a tissue box. I think it's just because I am old that it hit so hard. Debbie

Debbie my gym is only a mile or two from the hospital so I was able yo get my weight training in. Now I'm sitting on a prk bench enjoying the view and a leisurely walk.

Hi, folks.
Sorry I was MIA over the weekend. We went down to Louisville right after the interview on Friday and returned yesterday with stops along the way in Lebanon and Lafayette, IN.
That cold just ain't relenting is it, Debbie?
5 miles in the muck sounds miserable, Virginia. It got hot here today, but the weather was okay for the 5K that I *watched* today.
Do they give rabies shots in the stomach, Vicki? Or am I thinking of some other puncture torture?
