You'll never realize how much you miss those green plastic chairs until you're in temporary quarters, huh Virginia?
Folgers is still a thing. I grew up on Maxwell House, so that's my go-to if I have to have instant.
20 minute workout that kicks your butt, Debbie? I'm going to have to talk to my personal trainer. He makes me suffer for an hour!

Hi, Louis - my dad always had Maxwell coffee, black and strong. I did follow the 20 min with a one hour class. The 20 minute class is just abs, I think that is a long time for just abs. The Blogilates workout are mostly 15 minutes. Virginia - it sounds like Alberto is making a mess. I am glad he came after your back to back HM.
Today started with a Fallas museum, they same the grand prize winner each year from burning. The museum is close to the climbing gym so I still got a lovely walk My goal is to visit a museum a week, there are so many here. Waving hi to everyone. I didn't feel up to climbing yet. CBL, Debbie

Good morning,
Thanks for starting us, Lou. LOL, I miss the blue plastic chairs only a bit. Mostly I miss being able to actually hear the leader at our WW meeting. Maxwell House instant coffee is what I remember growing up, too. I remember my grandmother and my parents drinking it. In his later years, my dad insisted on a percolator (refused to have any other kind of coffeemaker) and switched to Folgers at some point.
Hi Debbie, I'm glad that you continue to feel stronger. I am also glad that Alberto waited until after the HMs were done. I think he's nearly done affecting our area. Sounds as if there is no shortage of things for you to do within reasonable walking distance.
The dinner and game night with the walking crew was fun. The food and service was not up to par, though. The waitress we had last time who was absolutely wonderful got pulled out of the dining room to go tend bar. The waiter was a bit slow and it appeared he and the kitchen were out of sync. The nice thing is that they don't mind us hanging out since weeknights are pretty slow for them.
Yesterday's FP was a midday 2 mile walk. Today, I have Essentrics class after work. I will likely get some FP at midday. Our yoga classes will hopefully restart next week. I'm going to follow up on that today.
Waving hi to Brenda, Vicki and Lori and hoping you are all well.
Take care, Ginia
