Good Morning! Bright & chilly here this morning. That combo gives me such energy! The plan was me going off to the gym prior to working this afternoon but I think that I may have overdone the vegetables somewhat yesterday, if you know what I mean. Spinach salad w/walnuts and a few raisins for lunch, brussel sprouts & a veggie burger on 21 grain bread for dinner not to mention grapes, an apple and a banana as well! I do feel lighter though! LOL! Opting to take my dog on a mile+ walk as not to venture too far from home until all settles down. The upside to working a longer shift is that I can log 3 miles just walking in the store, so any additional step are welcome. Hope everyone has a fabulous day! Hey Schpuggy!
