This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Good morning positive ones!! Glad you had a great birthday Sally. Self-care self-love good goals for the month of June! My cleanse usually gives me about 5-7 lb down. This time if was about 4.2 when all said and done, as the last week was sort of fizzling out on it. I have eaten some meat since then but limiting it. I'm doing pretty well keeping any cravings away. I'm down 5.2 lb since May, so that makes me happy. Goal for June will be at least another 5 lb, though I would always take more LOL. DS was done with the court stuff this week, so leaving that stress behind..for the most part and moving on. And DH's aunt (who has no other family) in Mississippi whom he visits off and on, sent a nice little $$$ check as her brother had died and left her some. She's elderly, loves my DH, and I won't complain. With the stress of everything this year, it is a welcome sight Yes I CAN: Reach my step goal today Track and be mindful of what goes in my mouth. Spend 10 min on decluttering and tossing in my office! We going to Janet's fat farm? LOL oh no on the humidity though Waves! Nat

Jan I'm glad you were finally able to put your mom to rest. Things take such a long time here on the west coast it seems. The few relatives that have passed this last year in Wisconsin, seem to be have been buried within the same week of dying. Except for my last aunt, where it snowed a lot in April and I'm not sure she is buried yet!! Hugs to you!!

Happy Friday.
All aboard for Janet's Fat Farm!! Whoo Whoo.
Just taking care of business, errands, laundry today. Took a walk to the park this afternoon and mowed the lawn for exercise. No humidity to speak of and a power mower but still...
Getting up early for Jazzercise tomorrow morning and then a bay bike ride in the afternoon. I am weighing in again on Tuesday at WW for June so I must be on my best behavior. Send me strength for the weekend!
Renting "Murder on the Orient Express" tonight. Always loved Agatha Christie.
Sweet Dreams Peeps,
Jan
