This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isnβt always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Jan - enjoy that Jazz...I'm looking forward to resuming Tap next week, 2 weeks is too long to go without dancing!
Yes I DID: --enjoy pampering at my hair appt yesterday, indulged in having my brows waxed...I do this about twice a year, LOL --take my flash cards to my hair appt & studied while I waited! --have a good WI at WW mtg today, down 0.6....yay, I'll take it. I stayed in the target range & I got my voucher for free eTools!

Well, our weather cooled off to a comfy 68 today, a few dark clouds but mostly nice....maybe I'll go for a little walk later.
Be well! Carol

Happy Saturday.
My page-a-day motivation book had a great piece on "Declaring Yourself In". Allow me to share.
Everything is out there waiting for you. All you have to do is walk up and declare yourself in. No need for permission. You just need the courage to say " Include me in."
How many times have I said I was "in" but lacked conviction? The words are a start but must be followed by a plan of action. So the question is not only "am I in" but "how am I in?"
Questions for the Weekend... Are you in this to succeed? And how will you do it? What's keeping you from what you want?
AOTD: Now that my stress and work levels are back in balance, "I am in." Summer is the perfect time to lose this last 5-10 lbs because of fresh produce, long days for exercising, and great weather. What keeps me from succeeding is an "I don't give a darn attitude". When I lose my centered attitude, I go off track. Funny how this little saying works for so many things..."You can't move ahead if your heart is in the rearview mirror."
Mantra for me: I am staying centered, eyes on the road ahead of me. Not only can I do this. I WILL do this.
Glad everyone is doing so well! High five Janet, Nat, and Sally.
Kudos to Carol for free E-Tools. I love free!
Jan

Late weekend check-in with my positive peeps! Jan thanks or sharing. I am like you, saying I'm in all the time and not following through. I am in a good mindset right now and have a small focus challenge group with some of my other WW people on FB. The cleanse helped get me started with cutting the junk out and the scale seems to be moving down. Challenge today, to say no to the lime tortilla chips I came home to on the counter. Time to move them. I was down the mountain since yesterday afternoon, went to a concert with my sister and stayed overnight at mom and dad's. I did take some shake mix with me to have as an option at mom's. Last night before concert went to El Pollo Loco and had chicken avocado salad. Boy was that good! For next time I know they have a light creamy cilantro for 3 pt, instead of eating the regular one for 7!! I fixed a good egg/veggie breakfast this morning and made my shake for lunch before I headed home. DH had grilled burgers and had one there for me, so I had a burger salad, no bun. I'd like to watch my meat intake again this week as of course now my stomach is feeling all tweaky, but the salad was good LOL. Yes I CAN: -watch the rest of my eating for tonight, I'm at my point level. -Get more steps in (won't reach goal I don't think but I'm okay with that) -Stay clear of the chips. Waves all, Sally, Carol, Jan, Janet .....
