Thanks for starting the thread Phyl. I must have missed that Becki would be gone. I haven't been around for a couple days so easy to slip up on those things. I didn't see her other threads either.
Unless something totally unexpected arrives, I am done with planting any more flowers for this year. I will have my hands full watering & weeding what I have. I did some of both this morning but it is to rain tonight so I only watered the ones that are somewhat protected by trees. Something is eating my lilies, so DH & I put chicken wire around them in hopes I can salvage what's left. They are about ready to bloom. I still haven't contacted Michigan Bulb about the things that didn't come up. I'm almost to the point that I don't want them replaced!
Today is a much cooler day in fact we started the furnace to "take the chill off" this morning. If the sun was shining it would be a perfect day.
DD is coming to visit this afternoon. She may stay overnight & then go home tomorrow morning. She's been doing yard work at their lake house this weekend & that's not very far from the campground. Looks like she just stopped to check in at the office.
Have a good day - hi to Mary, Sue & Becki, & whoever else may be reading.

I looked at the directions for the embroidery kit. Then I looked at them two more times. I know all the stitches, but the chart is way too small. Not impossible though. It's a tree with embroidered circles on it. Each of the circles is different.
Today I did some laundry. One step at a time on the stairs. Ice on the foot tonight. I should sleep well. Ten more days to wires out.
