Good morning Kelly, enjoy the training. Nice you get paid for gas both ways since it has gone up so much Nancy, I love pretzels and goldfish. WTG with the water. Waving to Mimi and Claudette I met a friend at the movies yesterday. Saw Book Club. It was so cute and funny. I really enjoyed it and no popcorn ;-) Got my steps in and will do the same today. Brenda

It sounds like you ladies are doing well. I am anxious to hear the class tomorrow. It sounds good. I really would like to lose 15 more pounds. I want the size 12 clothes to fit loosely. They don't. At least I went down from 16 to 12 though. Kelly, enjoy your new job and I hope you have found your nitch. I am trying to get 75 oz of fluid today.(spend a lot of time in the bathroom HaHa!) It eally does help to lose weight.

Good Morning!!
The class was ok but really was more of a review since I have been doing what she taught since Monday. The rest of the day was relaxed as we did not have too many patients to follow up with. I added 1-mile walk and 2 miles of WATP.
Mimi: The job is what I really enjoy doing. I loved my last position just not the commute and the poor management at times. Good job on the water.
Brenda: Great job on getting in your steps. My husband and I saw Book Club a few weeks ago. We enjoyed it. We thought they matched up the actors and actresses perfectly.
Nancy: Great job on the waters and staying within points.

Hello,
Last night was a bust! Unexpectedly worked until 7pm. Got home around 7:30 and was starving eating like crazy. All points accounted for. Got all my waters in. Finally decided on my summer goals, drinking 88oz water a day, no eating after 8pm, walking every day!

Good Morning!!
I added 2 miles of walking yesterday. Eating was a bust we decided to go to Chili's last night too many chips, 2 Presidente Margaritas, and shared a desert. I have the majority of my Fajita's, rice and beans left. Did not bring home the shells though. I'll eat that for supper this evening.
We have 2 graduation parties to attend tomorrow. Hoping Sunday will be a day of relaxation.
Nancy: Those are great goals.

Kelly, you had my favorite meal last night! I did good yesterday. Still getting those waters in.
Off early today to shop for birthday gifts for my nieces & nephew's party tomorrow. Got a few things for my grandbabies too. Pickup up dinner - chicken/steak/potatoes/salad.
