I am back and trying to loose the 10 pounds that I have gained in the two weeks that I have spent vegging out on my couch and dreading going back to work. Tomorrow I will look into maybe getting one of those people who help you at WW. I know that there is a fee. However, I think that I could use a little pampering.

Good Morning!!!
Wow, Can't believe I am the Biggest Loser for the month. I have stayed the same weight since the 2nd week in May. I am way up this morning after being very very careless with eating since Thursday night.
Well, Friday was crazy and glad that experience is all in the past. The one plus is I have a gained a good friend out of it. Today is the first day of my next journey.
Brenda: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser of the week.
Nancy: Just a little slump. Bump up the water and steps a little to see if that will help.
Claudette: You can do it. 2 weeks of vegging out sound wonderful but I would definitely gain too.

Kelly, thanks for the ideas, I'm going to start today with the water.
My eating was good over the weekend. I made a mixture of veggies yesterday, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, onions, chickpeas, spices and mozzarella cheese for my lunches this week. The ww meeting was about summer goals (perfect for me). WW is no longer giving charms for motivation. So my leader is going to do her own homemade charms for incentive for 13 weeks to keep us engaged over the summer.

Kelly I am so happy you are on your way to a new adventure. I really ate a lot of things I shouldn't have for the last week telling myself,it is my birthday and I deserve it and I WANT it. I feared a 5 pound gain. I had wonderful coconut shrimp and biscuits at red lobster. I had 2 pieces of coconut cake. I bought myself the Pepperidge Farm frozen coconut cake(BOGO so I got a Key Lime cake also) I had diarrhea yesterday after all that stuff and I was down a pound this morning. I still can't believe it. I also lost a lot of fluid. I ate watermelon which also helps. Nancy, your veggies sound interesting. Interesting about the charms. Our leader used to collect name tags for a prize which was always a WW bar of some kind. She is not allowed to do that any more. Claudette, you will get the weight off with all the steps you get. Brenda, I need to take the time tonight to do my summer goals. Did you like the meeting?
I took Kelly's advise and had lots of water yesterday 100oz, hope to do the same today. I did have a case of the munchies - but - it was because I dilly dallied about making dinner. All points accounted for and within blue dot range. Tonight should be a better night.

I had a good first day. Lot's to learn. It does appear the job will be a lot less stressful then what I was doing. It is so nice not to have a phone ringing beside you all day. The last office all the calls that came into the back line also rang at my desk. Tomorrow I have a class in the am.
Nancy: Your veggies sound yummy.
Mimi: My DH loves Coconut cake. The Pepperidge farm ones are pretty good.
Brenda: Yes I started yesterday. Yes, the stress of the last job is behind me.

Good morning Nancy, good for you getting the water in! At least you accounted for all the munchies. I did like the meeting. I had decided for my goal that I wanted to get back into jogging. So I said I would do the c25K app starting yesterday. Well I didn't do it. I worked all day in the yard again with my son and we even made a dump run. Oh well at least I was moving. Mimi, I would say you like coconut! My mom loved it too. Kelly, hooray on a good first day. Hope the training is good. Claudette, how are you doing? I think I will change my WW summer goal to get in 6 days of 10k steps and to be below 200 pounds. I still choke on that number Brenda

I added a 2-mile WATP yesterday morning. I have a class today so have to travel, but a plus I get paid for my time to travel and the mileage both ways.
Nancy: Great job on the water that is awesome.
Brenda: Those are great goals and definitely achievable.

Another good day yesterday. 880z water!! Stayed with in points and got in a walk. Still had some things I didn't want like pretzel thins but now they are gone and a few goldfish.
