I used to use fish sticks, the frozen cheap kind lol, for fish tacos. They're not awful on points, but my tastes have changed and I don't care for the little ones that aren't much bigger than french fries. Any good ones that taste good and aren't really high WW points?

Thanks! I tried grilling tilapia, cod and haddock for them and I like the breaded better lol.

I've been breading my fish myself with finely crushed ritz and a little butter and baking in the oven. Super fast and tastes better to me than the frozen ones. I use cod, catfish, tilapia.

DotRen, I don't eat fish sticks but there are some frozen fillets that I love so much. They are pricey but they are really excellent. Basically anything made by Sea Cuisine. I've had all of their salmon ones and the garlic tilapia. A month or so ago Target had them on sale and I bought almost a $100 worth of them. I usually cook them in the air fryer but the oven works as well. Haven't tried to microwave them.
